I always get friends and family phoning me up asking for help with their computer.
If I was infront of the computer I can usualy find out a way to fix things but over the phone it’s a bit harder.
I’ve found a couple of sites that make things easier.
ScreenShots.ModemHelp is a great website that has a ton of screen shots from Windows OS’s, Mac OS’s, Browsers, E-mail clients and more.
Also D-Link has a great page that has a heap of router emulators. I just wish other manufacturers had a similar thing.
